4. eBay purchases take up to 5 days to credit to your BigCrumbs.com account. Other retailers can take up to 2 weeks (usually much sooner). Please use our Help link if a purchase doesn’t appear within these time frames. This link can be found at the top of the site. 

5. We pay monthly by PayPal. Please be sure that the e-mail address on your BigCrumbs.com account matches the e-mail address on your PayPal account. 

6. Payments are made one month in arrears. For example, credit earned for purchases made in January are paid in March. February credits are paid in April, and so on.
